Lesley Bearg

Lesley leads the Finance organization and serves as a strategic financial thought partner in her role as Chief Financial Officer. With more than 20 years of experience in Finance as an operator and investment professional, she has a strong track record of building financial teams and sustainably scaling organizations. 

Prior to UltraViolet, Lesley served as VP of Finance at Flatiron School in New York City. She built and led the finance organization, including Financial Planning and Analysis, fundraising, Mergers and Acquisitions and Accounting. Lesley also worked as an investment professional at Audax Group in New York, MV Credit in London and RBC Capital Markets in Toronto.
