Tracy Caudill

As Ultraviolet’s Chief Customer Officer, Tracy leads the company’s Customer Success team, focusing on delivering excellence throughout the customer journey and elevating the voice of the customer across the business. Tracy is an experienced executive who began with an engineering background and went on to lead complex programs and drive new business development at several leading cyber solutions providers. 
 
With more than 20 years of experience, Tracy has played a pivotal role in managing and transforming security operations for a wide range of global enterprises. She has propelled business growth by leveraging a customer-centric approach and emphasizing strategic partnerships.
 
Tracy holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and a Master of Science in Engineering Management from the University of Southern California. She is passionate about giving back to her community and inspiring the next generation of women in leadership.
