Charles leads UltraViolet Cyber’s federal and commercial delivery teams as SVP of Services with the goal of instilling confidence in the security of their information technology with incredibly capable teams.

Charles brings over 25 years of experience within information technology and cybersecurity, performing in-depth monitoring and analysis, incident response, security engineering, penetration testing and zero trust architecture (ZTA) for a vast array of public and private sector clients. His primary area of expertise involves the operations, management, and maturity of large-scale, enterprise security operations centers (SOCs).
